Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your «հրավիրում եմ» account, what data is deleted and what remains. Deletion is done in a browser — no app install is needed — and it is permanent: there is no undo.

What is deleted

  • The account — name, email, phone and password — along with your sessions on every device
  • Every invitation — with its guest list, RSVP answers, guestbook, gift list, seating plan and view statistics
  • Uploaded photos and files — both the records and the files themselves in storage
  • The designs saved under “My templates”

Invitation links you have already sent stop opening. A guest who saved the link will see a “page not found”. If the event is still ahead, wait before deleting.

What is kept, and why

Order and payment records are kept as accounting documents, as the law requires. The link to your account and any note you wrote are removed from them: only the order number, amount, currency, status and date remain — no name, email or phone.

Those records are kept for the statutory accounting period and then removed. They can no longer be connected to you.

How to delete

  1. Sign in to your account on this site or in the app.
  2. Open the “My account” page.
  3. At the bottom of the page find the “Delete account” section and confirm it is you — with your password, or with a 6-digit code we email you.
  4. Type your email address as the final confirmation.
  5. Confirm. The deletion runs immediately and you are signed out on every device.

To delete the account you have to confirm it is you. Sign in — with your password, with Google or with Apple — and we will take you straight to the deletion section.

You sign in with Google or Apple

No password is needed. In the deletion section choose “With an emailed code” and we send a 6-digit code to your account address; it is valid for 10 minutes and only once. The same route works if you have simply forgotten your password.

Cannot sign in?

If you have lost access to the account, write to us from its email address and say that you want it deleted. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, under exactly the rules described on this page.

If you can sign in but have no password, there is no need to write — the emailed code is enough.
