«հրավիրում եմ» is a digital-invitation platform. «հրավիրում եմ» is the controller responsible for personal data processing; contact us at info@hravirum.am, +374 77 223 661, 35 Tumanyan St, Yerevan.

Account data: name, email, phone (optional) and a password hash. Order data: the chosen template, amount and payment status. Request data: the name, phone, company and message you enter in the call-back, corporate-lead or feedback forms.

Files you upload: the photos, images and music files you add to an invitation. They are stored as you uploaded them and, once the invitation is published, are reachable by anyone with the link. A photo may carry data your device added to it (where it was taken, for example), so do not upload an image whose details you would rather not share.

Technical data: IP address and browser type, written to server logs and used solely for security and abuse prevention. We use no analytics services and do not track your behaviour across the site or the app.

When a guest fills in an RSVP form or leaves a guestbook message, their name, answer and message are processed on behalf of the invitation owner and are visible only to the owner and to us for service operation. Guest data is never used for marketing and never shared with third parties.

We use data to provide the service (account, orders, publishing, RSVP), to contact you (call-backs, support), to improve the service and to meet legal obligations.

We send promotional emails and special offers only if you have given explicit consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the service.

We use only essential cookies — for your sign-in session (gs_access, gs_refresh) and to remember your language choice. We do not set third-party tracking cookies.

Data may be shared only with payment providers (to process payments), our hosting provider, and public authorities where the law requires. We never sell your data.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Invitation and RSVP data is deleted 6 months after the invitation expires, or sooner at your request. Lead data is kept for at most 24 months. Accounting records are kept for the statutory period.

Passwords are stored only as hashes, connections are encrypted with TLS, and data access is role-restricted. In the event of a security incident we will notify affected users as required by law.

You have the right to receive a copy of your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing and withdraw consent. We respond to requests within 30 days — write to info@hravirum.am.

You can delete your account yourself at any time, without contacting us. This removes the account, every invitation — with its guest list, RSVP answers, guestbook, gift list and seating plan — your uploaded files and your saved designs. Invitation links already sent stop opening. The deletion is permanent; there is no recovery.

Order and payment records are kept as accounting documents, as the law requires. The link to your account and any note you wrote are removed from them: only the order number, amount, status and date remain — no name, email or phone — and they are kept for the statutory period.

Deletion starts from your account page, on the site or in the app. A separate page, reachable without the app, describes the whole process. If you cannot sign in, write to info@hravirum.am from the account's email address.

The service is not intended for independent use by children under 16. Information about children (for example in a baptism invitation) is added only by a parent or guardian, at their own responsibility.

Updates to this policy are published on this page with a new date. We will notify you of material changes by email. For questions, contact info@hravirum.am.
